Acting
Jon is an actor and puppeteer, committed to bringing bold physicality to the stage. Most recently Jon performed and co-created Kafka’s A Hunger Artist at the Connelly Theatre (Nominated for 2 Drama Desk Awards including Outstanding Solo Performance and Outstanding Puppet Design) and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Lustrum Award for Excellence, Summerhall) 2017/2018. Jon performs extensively with The Krumple Theater Company, of which he is also a founding member. He most recently performed Go to Sleep, Goddamnit! and Do Not Feed the Trolls throughout Norway and in NYC. Jon has also performed as a puppeteer in Banksy’s Better Out than In, NYC, Wakka Wakka’s SAGA (Norway, Iceland, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland). Jon is a graduate of L'école Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq and holds a BA from Oberlin College in theater and neuroscience.
